WD2952 is a solvent-free, environment-friendly and transparent two-component polyurethane electronic potting adhesive, which has the characteristics of low hardness, good elasticity, excellent waterproof performance and insulation performance.

Application Process

Directions for Use

1. It is recommended to use automatic mixing equipment, which can ensure the accuracy of proportioning, and make it be not easy to introduce air to produce bubbles. 

2.PCB plates should be dried before pouring, otherwise the plates and components will produce tiny bubbles. 

3.When the construction temperature is lower than 25 ºC, the product should be preheated to prevent  too much viscosity and too many bubbles. 

4.During manual operation, pay attention to not lead in too many bubbles and do not contact with water and moisture.

5. During the operation of the machine, the material temperature should be increased and do the vacuum defoaming treatment, and the flow rate should be adjusted according to the demand. 

6.During construction, please determine the dosage and mix it as needed. The mixed products need to be used up in time. For unused products, part A/B must be filled with nitrogen or vacuum sealed for storage. 

7.Part A/B need to be mixed evenly in a short time according to the proportion. The mixed product can only be used for a limited time (gel time), otherwise it cannot be used. 

8.The curing time is related to the mixing amount and temperature. When the amount is large or the temperature is high, the curing time will be correspondingly shortened, on the contrary, it will increase. 

9.Before the products are used in batches, please be sure to carry out small sample test to ensure the applicability of the products.

Due to the storage conditions, this product may experience a small amount of precipitation during storage, which is a normal phenomenon. After stirring evenly, it can be used normally.
