Pre-stirring and vacuum defoaming ( for instantaneous static mixing process )
Component A vacuum stirring defoaming 70 ~ 75ºC/ 1-2h, vacuum degree 50-200Pa.
Component B vacuum stirring defoaming 50 ~ 60ºC/ 1-2h, vacuum degree 50-200Pa.

Pouring
The pouring time is controlled within 1.5 ~ 2 hours ( from the beginning of mixing ), pay attention to the flow rate control, about 1.5 kg / min, observe the bubbles, due to the exothermic reaction of the mixture, the final mixing tank temperature is controlled within 60ºC-65ºC.
After pouring, in the pouring room with temperature of 75ºC-80ºC and vacuum degree of 50-200Pa, the pressure is kept in direct air for 30-45 minutes, and then the tank enters into the curing process.

Notes
I. The flow control is generally manual operation. The flow rate is strictly controlled according to the size of the package. The general control is about 1.5kg/min to avoid rabbit bubble deposition.
II. The vacuum degree of the pouring tank should be greater than the vacuum degree of the mixing tank about 50Pa.
III. According to the seasonal variation, the temperature of the workpiece should be controlled to prevent cracking.
IV. the workpiece should be quickly after the tank cleaning process
V.Observe the change of workpiece curing liquid level, timely feeding
VI. the simple mold should pay attention to error control
VII. It is recommended to use high-quality release agent to ensure the release effect.

Storage Conditions
The product should be sealed in its original packaging container and stored in a dry and ventilated place. In an environment of 18-40ºC, the shelf life is 6 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, analysis is required to determine whether it is still valid.
Due to the storage conditions, this product may experience a small amount of precipitation during storage, which is a normal phenomenon. After stirring evenly, it can be used normally.
